Manage your account

In the app, you can edit your profile by going to My Page > Settings > Edit profile. On the web, you can edit your profile by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner and navigating to My Page > Settings > Edit profile.

Please ensure you are logging in with the method you used to create your Ohouse account. For example, if you signed up with your Google account, select “Continue with Google” when logging in. If you don't remember which account you used, please contact our Support Center at contact@ohouse.com.

In the app, you can change your password by going to My Page > Settings > Change password. On the web, you can change your password by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner and navigating to My Page > Settings > Change password.

On the Ohouse website or mobile app, go to the Edit profile page and click Delete account. In the app, you can find the Delete Account button at the bottom of the My Page > Settings > Edit profile page. On the web, click your profile picture in the top right corner and find the Delete account button at the bottom of the My Page > Settings > Edit profile page.
